Are You In A Sales Slump?

I was talking with a gentleman who was looking for a speaker for a sales rally. Some of the information he passed along indicated his company was in a sales slump. I want to share some of the information I gave to him.

In my research and experience (10 years) in Face Reading (physiognomy) indicates that in today's world, we need to become behavior experts - not sales, customer service, management experts.

When we understand the behavior of others, our communications will succeed 100% of the time. When we understand human personality, we can solve most of our problems.

That personality (behavior) can be seen in the face. So anyone who knows how to read faces can approach anyone, even a total stranger, and immediately successfully communicate, persuade, sell them.

Sales will come naturally. When customers realize their problems can be solved by using your products/services, it's a win/win situation. Everyone benefits.

Becoming a "Behavior Expert" allows you to focus on each individual's personality, needs, and solutions. You won't have to rely on slick selling techniques or strategies.

If you don't believe me, try this. Notice the position of the EYEBROWS. HIGH PLACED EYEBROWS = formal, refined, want distance, appears aloof and cool. Give them time to relax and get comfortable. Let them start the handshake. Use proper names and titles. Respect their space, and don't push them. Allow more time for them to take everything in.

LOW PLACE EYEBROWS = informal, easy-going, friendly. Match their behavior. Act friendly and informal. Don't be a wallflower if you are in their space.
